Second day of new year... I'll probably forget and miss a day here and there but if I can get myself into the habit and stick with it, perhaps I'll pull it off or at least come close.
I've been training... running in the mornings, sometimes also cycling in the afternoons and lifting//well, resistance training at least every other day or so. I'll be turning 60 in February//I suppose that's a big deal... feels like it. So I'll keep monitoring myself.
I'm also trying to create more impromptu videos, unplanned, day to day life sort of things for future repository storage.
